தன் மரணசாசனமாய் நமது இதயங்கள் முன்பும் அறிவின் முன்பும் முன் வைக்கப்பட்ட இந்த ஆவணம் மீண்டும் மீண்டும் வரலாற்றின் நியாயத்தைப் பேசுகிறது. மீண்டும் மீண்டும் நாம் மனிதராய் பிறந்ததற்கான மனிதராய் வாழ்வதற்கான அர்த்தத்தை உறுதிப்படுத்துகிறது. இன வெறுப்பு என்கிற குறுகிய எல்லைக்குள் சுருங்காமல் மாற்று தேசீய இனச் சகோதரர்களையும் தமது போராட்டத்திற்கான ஆதரவுச் சக்திகளாய் மாற்றுகிறது இந்த மரண சாசனம். இது முன் வைக்கும் கோரிக்கையும் உறையாடலுக்கான விருப்பமும் பாசிசத்தின் புள்ளிகளை தகர்ப்பதை நாம் புரிந்து கொள்ளலாம்.
உலகு தழுவிய பேரன்பை தனது விடுதலைக்கான செய்தியாய் அறிவிக்கும் இந்த மரணசாசனத்தின் பின் முத்துக்குமாரின் ஆழ்ந்த வாசிப்பும் அரசியல் அவதானிப்பும் புலனாகிறது. கனமான கருத்தியல் தெளிவுடைய ஒரு போராளியின் மரணம் நிகழ்ந்திருக்கக் கூடாத அவலம்.ஆனால் நமது சுரணையை மீட்டெடுக்கவும் கருணாநிதி காங்கிரசின் துரோகத்தை அம்பலபடுத்தவும் இதைத் தவிர வேறு வழியும் வாய்ப்பும் இல்லை என்கிற சூழலில் இம்மாதிரி ஒரு முடிவிற்கு முத்துகுமார் வந்திருப்பார். என்று புரிந்து கொள்ளும் போது கண்ணீரும் கையறு நிலையுமே நம் வசம் எஞ்சியிருக்கின்றன. இன்றைய ஜனநாயகத்தின் கதவுகள் எவளவு தட்டினாலும் திறக்காத பாசிச கதவுகளாக மூடியிருப்பதன் விளைவு இந்த மரணம். மக்களின் உணர்ச்சிகளை மதிக்கத் தவறுகிற, அலட்சியம் செய்கிற அரசதிகாரத்தின் கோரமுகத்தை முத்துகுமார் அம்பலப்படுத்தி விட்டு தன்னை மாய்த்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்.
முத்துக்குமார் நமக்கு கையளித்துப் போனது தனது உடலையும் சில கேள்விகளையும் மட்டுமல்ல. உலகமயமாக்கலின் சந்தை மனோபாவம் மற்றும் நுகர்வுக் கலாசாரத்தின் முன் தொலைந்து போன நம் அரசியல் உணர்வு குறித்த உசுப்பலையும்தான்.ஈழத்துச் சகோதர்களின் மரணங்களை மட்டுமே வேடிக்கையாய் அரசியல் விளையாட்டாய் நிகழ்த்திக்காட்டியவர்களே! அந்த பிணவாடை மட்டுமே உங்கள் வேட்கையை தணிக்காது என்றுதான் இன்று முத்துக்குமாரும் பிணமாகியிருக்கிறார்.
உங்கள் அரசியல் சதுரங்கத்தில் காய்களாய் நகர்த்த இன்னும் எத்தனை பிணங்கள் உங்களுக்குத் தேவை? தமிழனத்தலைவரே! புரட்சித் தலைவியே! உங்களுக்குப் பல்லக்குச் சுமக்க, பாராட்டுக் கூட்டம் நடத்த, பட்டம் அளிக்க, இன்னும் எத்தனை பாடைகளை நாங்கள் தயார் செய்ய வேண்டும்.

Government has Closed All Colleges and Hostels, Now what can be done:
1. Students will return to their Native Places
2. In each and every Towns and Villages, these students should form “College Going Students Association”
3. Irrespective of their colleges, be it Law or Arts or Medical and locations i.e Chennai College, Madurai College etc , All the Students from one native place to become part of that Association.
4. By this way of Associating College students at Native Place itself, they can take forward their agitation and spread the news in nearby places.
5. This will ensure the spreading of Tamils Agitation in each and every place in Tamil Nadu and teach lessons for Congress, it’s slave DMK and ADMK in the Coming Parliament Election.
6. Note: At native places, there is chance for Caste and religions gaps. Students should trash those gaps and unite for this Tamil Nobel Cause

More than 5,000 shells fired on civilians, casualties uncountable

Sri Lanka Army (SLA) fired artillery shells throughout the whole day on Monday from all directions into civilian refuges. At least one hundred civilians would have been killed or maimed in the indiscriminate barrage. The casualties are uncountable as the whole population is forced to reside inside the bunkers throughout the whole day, reports TamilNet correspondent from the safety zone. “Monday was the worst day of SLA shelling so far within the safety zone.”
More than 5,000 artillery shells and Multi Barrel Rocket Launcher (MBRL) rockets have been fired by the SLA.
Both the hospitals at Puthukkudiyiruppu (PTK) and Udaiyaarkaddu have been hit by the shelling also on Monday.
Thousands of shells have hit Theavipuram, Va’l’lipunam, Chuthanthirapuram, Udaiyaarkaddu and Puthukkudiyiruppu.
Heavy fighting was reported in all the frontiers.

UN has a duty to protect civilians when their own govt is not doing it.
In srilanka’s case it is killing it’s own civillians which is a war crime.
